Registration and Abstract submission

There is a limited number of places available and priority will be given to both early registration and strategic content of the abstract.

The intention of this meeting is to initiate and stimulate discussions on future directions of our research area and to identify strategies to approach these. Abstracts and talks should thus use recent research results to describe and highlight limitations and challenges that need to be overcome to move the zebrafish field forward in a competitive way in order to maximize its value as a biomedical research platform.

To apply, you are requested to submit an abstract to one of the following topics:

  • Chemical Biology
  • Data Integration and Imaging
  • Development, Organogenesis and Regeneration
  • Neurophysiology and Behaviour
  • Genetics and Genomics
  • Disease Models, Toxicology, and Immunology

Upon abstract submission you will receive an e-mail with your application reference number. This reference number will be needed to process your payment if your application is successful (instructions for payment will be provided when required).

The deadline for applications is 4 December 2009. The Scientific Committee will rank all submitted applications within 10 December, after which you will be notified. Successful applicants need to confirm their participation and process the payment within 18 December (payment is possible exclusively by bank transfer; no credit card payments are accepted). Failure to process the payment within the deadline, will result in the cancellation of the application and the slot will be awarded to the next available applicant.
