Registration

Attendance is limited to 120 participants, including invited speakers.

There is a limited number of places available and priority will be given to both early registration and strategical content of the abstract.

The registration fee includes accommodation* and is 560 EUR (single room) or 470 EUR (shared double room) per person. This fee covers also all the coffee breaks and all the lunches, as well as the welcome cocktail buffet and the social dinner - please see the programme.

Accompanying guests can be registered by contacting the secretariat by e-mail . Accompanying guests have no access to the scientific sessions. The registration fee is 220 EUR and includes accommodation* (shared double room), access to the welcome buffet and the social dinner.

NB. Please do not process any payment for an accompanying person without first contacting the secretariat.

*The registration fee includes accommodation for three nights, from 18/03 (arrival) to 21/03 (departure), at the Hotel NH Mantegna. If you need additional nights, please contact us by e-mail at EZPM.2010@azuleon.org.

If a sufficient number of accompanying guests are registered, the organisation will arrange local guided tours to Padua and/or Venice. In such a case, you will be contacted personally regarding potential costs and specific arrangements.

In your payment description, indicate clearly the meeting (EZPM2010), followed by your surname and your application reference number: e.g., EZPM2010, Smith (RefNo). To facilitate the confirmation of your payment, please send a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail to EZPM.2010@azuleon.org.

Please ensure that all transfer expenses are covered; i.e., if your total is 560 EUR, this exact amount must be credited to the meeting's bank account (use of IBAN and SWIFT codes usually ensures a cost-free transfer for the recipient, but please confirm with your bank). You will be notified if there are any differences due to bank fees and you will be required to settle this difference at the registration desk in cash.
